Preschool Program
(4 years to 5 years)
At Grace and Wonder we strive to develop students who are well rounded, joy filled, and God loving. We also prepare children to be emotionally, socially, and academically ready to move to school. We will continue to help them develop as we spark their intellectual curiosity while fostering their imagination.
Emotional, social, spiritual, creative, physical and intellectual goals will be emphasized in this class. Content is learned through investigation, play, and a combination of self-directed and teacher led lessons. Our curriculum supports developmentally appropriate practices that exceed the Nevada Early Childhood Education Standards. We also incorporate many STEAM (Steam is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) materials and experiences to develop critical thinkers and problem solvers.
